Reports area meant to help you get a good idea of how many animals are out on your farm.
View everything on your farm or just one growing area
For every report and the special exports, you can change the data filter to either view all your growing areas setup in Oyster Tracker or all of them.
Setup a snapshot of what's important to you:
When you visit reports, you can get an at-a-glance update of metrics that are important to you. Add up to 6 blocks of information on this snapshot. Contact us to help you get it setup for the first time.
You can look at your inventory over time or a snapshot of current counts.
Inventory Snapshot: You can view this data by various metrics now so you can get a count or your animals by size, by hatcheries, by various equipment types. Check it out so you can see how you can view your data.
You can also view this in a chart (shown below) or tap "table" so you can see the numbers without the chart. This table feature is available for most of the other reports too.
Tap "export" to grab the data you're viewing so you can manipulate it in Excel or Google Sheets.
Inventory Over Time: You can view how many animals you have over time and you can filter by the data that's important to you. For example, you can view how many diploids you've had over time.
Very simply, this is a count of the equipment you have recorded as being used on your farm in Oyster Tracker. Tap "export" to grab the data you're viewing so you can manipulate it in Excel or Google Sheets.
We've crafted a report called Yield, which intends to help farmers understand what % of animals brought in for harvest are actually harvested, what % is put back on the farm, and what % is a loss. Tap "export" to grab the data you're viewing so you can manipulate it in Excel or Google Sheets.
The Harvest report gives you the ability to look at how many animals you've harvested over time. As with the other reports, you can view the counts over time and you can customize your date range as needed. You can also view the data in a table with just numbers instead of using the chart. Tap "export" to grab the data you're viewing so you can manipulate it in Excel or Google Sheets.
This report helps you understand the overall maturity of animals on your farm by showing an average size over time.
Compare Your Inventory
The new compare report allows you to create two segments and compare their inventory over time. For example, Diploids vs. Triploids or seed from different hatcheries.
These exports allow you to get data that's not available in the other reports.
- SnapShot Export: generates an CSV file with everything on your farm right now organized by growing area, line, and spots on a line.
- Harvest Log: generates a CSV file with all your harvest information.
